Pressify is a Knowledge Management tool fully built and operated by the Digital Ops-Tech Centre (DOTC) in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).
Q: Who can access and use Pressify?
Pressify is available for all MINDEF/SAF personnel with internet-enabled defence.gov.sg, mindef.gov.sg and dotc.gov.sg emails.
Users should read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before logging in.
Q: What classification of data is Pressify rated for?
Pressify is hosted on Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) and is built with security features and practices that make it IM8 compliant for usage up to RESTRICTED / SENSITIVE NORMAL materials.
There is no limit on the number of users.
Unit commanders can exercise discretion if they wish to limit what materials their personnel upload to Pressify.
Q: Is Pressify available 24/7?
Yes, Pressify is typically available 24/7, allowing users to access and utilise its features anytime on desktops and laptops as long as they have access to the internet.
