Managing Access
To share articles with others, administrators can add, and remove users from their collections and set specific roles for each of them.
Collaborator roles
Pressify allows administrators to set specific levels of permissions, based on these defined roles:
Administrator:
Has full control over the collection, including the ability to manage others and make changes to collection settings.
There must always be at least one administrator present in the collection at all times. Consequently, if a user is the sole administrator, they cannot remove themselves from the group without appointing another user as an administrator.
Administrators can also modify the roles of other administrators including themselves in the collection. Once forfeited, all administrator privileges for that collection will be revoked unless reassigned.
Contributor:
Can add and remove articles to the collection
Viewer:
Has view-only access to the collection and cannot make any changes

How to add collaborators
Select and enter the collection to add collaborator.
Select the "Collaborators icon".

Type in the user's email and select the role from the dropdown list
Select "Add collaborator"

How to modify collaborators' role
Select and enter the collection to add collaborator.
Select the "Collaborators icon".

Click the drop-down list beside the user's email and select the desired role for collaborator.

How to remove collaborators
Select and enter the collection to delete collaborator.
Select the "Collaborators icon".
Click the delete icon (bin) on the desired user to remove.

Select "Remove access"

Selected user will be removed and no longer have access to the workspace
A notification will appear to confirm removal of user.
