Want to store interesting content and share them with your team? Pressify's "Collections" features allow users to curate content collections and share them with other users. Collections are only accessible by the owner unless they share it with others.

How to create a collection.

Collections can be created at various places:

  1. To create collections, select "Add".

  2. Enter the collection name and click "Save new collection"

    • Collection name cannot be > 24 characters

    • Collection name should only consists of alphanumeric characters (e.g no special characters).

    • Collection name cannot be named as "Starred"

  3. New collection created, you can add articles to it by using "Copy article to collection".

How to rename a collection.

  1. Select and enter the collection to be renamed.

  2. Select "Rename Collection" in "Collection Setting".

  3. Enter new workspace name and select "Save Changes"

How to delete a collection.

  1. Select and enter the collection to be deleted.

  2. Select "Delete Collection" in "Collection Setting".

  3. Select "Delete collection"

    • The collection will be deleted and will no longer be available for all users in the collection.

How to add articles to collection.

Articles can be added to collection by selecting the "Copy the article to collection" icon.

  1. Select the "Copy the article to collection" icon on the article of interest.

  2. Select the collection(s) for the article to be added to by checking the "+" icon and selecting save changes when ready.

  • User can also create a new collection and add the article to it from here.

How to remove articles from a collection.

Articles can be removed from the collection by selecting the "Remove from collection" icon.

  1. Select and enter the collection for article to be deleted.

  2. Select the "Remove from collection" icon on article to be removed.

  3. Select "Delete Bookmark"

  4. Article will be removed from the collection.

    • This applies to all collaborators in the collection.
